Zion Utah Engagement Photos Rehn and Nick both love the water. Their Zion River Engagement was a blast! I absolutely love photographing engagement sessions in Zion! These two will be getting married at Lake Havasu in 2019 where Rehn grew up. For their engagement photos, they knew they wanted to be by the water in some form or another. We decided on the combination of the beautiful scenery of Zion, and the beautiful virgin river. I always love photographing couples in and around water. Especially in the desert where water is so precious. It makes for such unique and fun…

Snow Canyon Utah Wedding Location Southern Utah Wedding Photographer Zion National Park is so appealing for weddings and adventure, but can often be busy with tourists. Less known, but equally spectacular in its own way, Snow Canyon State Park is an absolutely stunning location for a wedding. After photographing the first half of Brittney and Tyler’s pre wedding at the St George temple, we made the quick trip over to Snow Canyon to capture some of the splendor that Southern Utah has to offer. I always love photographing weddings and engagements in Snow Canyon. The towering sandstone cliffs of red…

We then took the trip over to Snow Canyon to capture some of the beauty that Southern Utah has to offer. They are such a fun and dynamic couple. I had a great time taking them around to…

When thinking of Southern Utah for Engagement or Wedding photos most automatically think of the desert red rocks. St George can offer such a wide variety of looks though for these beautiful photo sessions. I often ask couples that I am photographing what kind of a look or a feel they want to go for. Many love the red rock look, which is great and obviously so prevalent throughout Southern Utah. There are those though that want to have lush landscapes of life with lots of green. The rivers that flow through the area have brought people here since the…

Snow Canyon State Park is a wonderful spot for engagement and wedding photos. It is a 7,400-acre scenic park quietly tucked amid lava flows and soaring sandstone cliffs in a strikingly colorful and fragile desert environment. Majestic views and the subtle interplay of light, shadow, and color dancing across canyon walls evoke strong emotional responses. I loved exploring around Snow Canyon with Courtney and Kirk for their engagement photography session. We went from the black lava rock and petrified sand dunes to the white sandstone cliffs of Snow Canyon. Courtney and Kirk are so in love and are honestly the…

There is no shortage of stunning red rock locations in Souther Utah. Erin & John knew that they wanted to be surrounded by the walls of sandstone for their engagement photos. The two are going to school at BYU, though Erin’s family live in the St George area. They will be married in Southern Utah and I’m so thrilled for them. John is such a gentleman and seems to truly respect and love everything about Erin. Erin is so sweet and so much fun. I loved laughing with these two while photographing their engagement session in Southern Utah!

High above the red sandstone cliffs of Zion Canyon, Zion National Park stretches for countless miles filled with amazing wonders around every bend. Braden who is from Southern California proposed to Sarah in Zion, so they knew they wanted to have their engagement photos done there. I had been exploring there recently and had come across a few spots I knew I wanted to shoot at. There is much more to Zion then the famous canyon of sandstone, which of course I love. We took off adventuring to some of these less traveled spots in the park and ended up…
