I had the awesome opportunity to do a shoot that I had been thinking about doing for a long time. I love the colors associated with Morocco and the Mediterranean and wanted to convey the feel of a Moroccan wedding in a styled wedding shoot. I loved photographing this amazing inspirational shoot against the redneck slot canyons and cliffs of Southern Utah. The awe inspiring decor by Forevermore Events and Bloomers was absolutely incredible. As a photographer I have the chance to photograph weddings in some amazing places. True North in Zion Utah is just one of those amazing places. Molly and Chris knew they wanted to have their wedding at Zion National Park. Molly & Chris were recently married in a field overlooking Zion National Park. The wedding venue was True North which is up Kolob Terrace Road. This stunning venue was once a bar back in the 1950’s and is now really the only place in the area to have a wedding with the views looking down into Zion National Park. There really is no place like Zion. True North is a wedding venue up Kolab Canyon on the back side of Zion National Park. I was so happy to photograph this fun County Fair inspired wedding at True North. Joann and Dimitri were such an easy going fun couple to photograph. Their families came from all over for this lovely destination wedding. The florals by Bloomers out of St George Utah were stunning.
