While on the Big Island of Hawaii I had the opportunity to photograph Josh & Miho. They are professional photographers located on the Big Island near Kona. Josh has been shooting professionally for over a decade. He and Miho make an awesome team. They are really good people, and so much fun to be around. They meat at school years ago in Hawaii. Robyn and Brandend’s Wedding was a science them. Yeah sounded a bit crazy to me too when Heather of Amorology told me the idea. Like always though, Heather pulled it off, and put together an absolutely beautiful event centered around the them of Science. Every table had a different center piece, and periodic table number. The guest cards were in test tubes, and the candy and flowers in beakers. It was really fantastic, and I was so pleased to be a part of it. I loved doing this great couples engagement photos in Encinitas. Haley and Chase made the trek from Provo to California for their engagement session. Theirs is one of the many shoots Nate Pickett of NP Films and I did while we were there last month. We scored with these beautiful fields of flowers. It was the exact look Haley had mentioned when we first talked about her engagements. Their wedding will be in Las Vegas… maybe not as green, but with these two, for sure tons of fun!

There is no shortage of laughter with Roselyn and Ben. They are so fun to be around! We went down to La Jolla and had a great time walking around down town and slipping on the rocks down at the beach. I cant wait for their wedding in CA this February. Heather of Amorology Weddings is doing the coordination, so its going to be amazing!

I was down in San Diego shooting a couple of Weddings in May, and asked my friend Nathan Petty if I could tag along on one of his weddings and shoot some video. Nathan is a great San Diego Photographer, and was happy to oblige. This was my first time shooting video. I had a great time, and the couple Ashley and John were fantastic. I love doing engagement and wedding photos in Encinitas California. Pictures in this area are always stunning. The ocean breeze and amazing sand makes for the perfect beach photos.
