Hunter Conference Center Wedding The Hunter Conference Center on the campus of SUU in Cedar City is an awesome venue for a reception. Cedar City is such a stunning place for a wedding! Especially during the summer months when St George and the rest of Southern Utah can be so hot, the cool mountain air of Cedar City can make for the perfect retreat.
