Stephanie and Joel’s Bridal pictures at “This Is The Place” were so fun! Their wedding is also at This Is The Place and I’m looking forward to sharing those photos as well. Salt Lake City is a wonderful place for a wedding and the Heritage Park at This Is The Place is one of my favorite venues. We recently did their engagement photos in Salt Lake City and I just love working with these two. The Heritage Park is filled with amazing old buildings from around SLC and it makes for such a wonderful backdrop for photos. Stephanie’s dress was absolutely…

Photographing Alexa for her bridals at Snow Canyon was an absolute delight. Her gorgeous dress from “The Brides’Shop” in Salt Lake was a real stunner against the lava and red rock of Southern Utah. I always love being able to photograph beautiful brides in dresses that have a timeless feel to them. She chose a classically romantic soft updo by the talented stylist Julie Thomas. Her great style carried over to her gorgeous bouquet of flowers, that was created by Alexa and her sister. I had been looking forward to shooting the bridals after photographing her great engagement session with…

Photographing Ashton in Salt Lake City near the Court House in her custom made wedding dress and Mitchell in his tailored tux was awesome. The two are such a beautiful couple, and are genuinely kind and just all around great. We photographed their bridal session in Salt Lake where their wedding is also taking place. We started with some green trees and made our way downtown to get a bit more of a architectural feel. Finishing at the courthouse was perfect. The lighting was great, and I just love the old architecture. Be sure to also check out their engagement…

Photographing Cambri and Michaels wedding day at the Salt Lake Temple and Le Jardin was wonderful. Le Jardin is a beautiful reception venue. Year round it is green and lush. Le Jardin is a group of green houses filled with beautiful plants and walkways. Cambri’s mother is a decorator and did a wonderful job with all of the setup for the reception. Their beautiful day started at the SLC Temple. I have enjoyed getting to know these two through the process of photographing their engagement photos around downtown SLC and then their wedding. Cambri’s family is so wonderful and I…

Stephanie and Joel chose to do their engagement photos in Downtown Salt Lake City and in the hills above the avenues. These to photograph so amazing. They are so much fun to work with, and most of our session involved laughing and just having a great time. I love the photo with the Utah Trax passing by in the background. The colors are just perfect. Stephanie and Joel are a beautiful couple and I look forward to sharing their bridal photos and wedding photos with you soon.

I always love photographing couples in Salt Lake and really dig the Garden Park Ward for engagements and bridals. For Ashton and Mitchell’s engagement pictures we started in the late afternoon and ended up with a couple of outfit changes. They have such great chemistry and style. This session really was so much fun. NP Films was also there doing a love story engagement video for them it was a whole lot of laughing and a lot of fun. Nate ( of NP Films) Does awesome work and is always great to work with. I also had the chance to photograph…

Tanier and Sol’s Groomal session in Snow Canyon and at the St George Temple were beautiful. Southern Utah is home for Tanier, and Sol comes from Hawaii. They are both so much fun and a real treat to photograph. I love the towering red cliffs of Snow Canyon and all of the unique colors and textures that it offers. The St George LDS Temple is so beautiful. The 19th century architecture is timeless.

Photographing weddings in Zion is always a treat. This wedding at True North on the Kolob side of Zion was so beautiful. The landscapes surrounding True North are breathtaking. Down the Kolob Reservoir Road near Virgin Utah one comes across True North and its beautiful surroundings. I was so happy to photograph Emily and Dustin and their small destination wedding. Their friends and family came together to celebrate not only the union of this couple but the union of their small families into one. Their fun cake made out of donuts and simple but beautiful flower arrangements of babies breath made…

The Garden Place at This Is The Place is a wedding photography dream. The venue is perfect for large weddings with a great rustic barn feel. I was so happy to photograph Nami and Jesse’s wedding there this past fall. The areas surrounding the venue are full of amazing history and beauty. Not to mention the outstanding landscape and views of the mountains. The Garden Place is fashioned like a huge barn and fits a large wedding reception. I also has beautiful patio areas for receptions or outdoor seating. Nami is from the Salt Lake City area and Jesse is from…

Mariana and Jordan have a style and a love all their own. They both love punk Rock so I’m saying that was a bit of the theme of this wedding. I loved photographing these two, Mariana in her beautiful blue greek style wedding dress and Jordan in his casual shoes and great looking bow tie. It was a bit wet in SLC when we started doing their wedding photos but it turned out beautiful anyway. The cold Salt Lake air and the wonderful fall colors made for the right combination of really showing the time of year. Mariana is from…

For Cambri and Michaels Engagement Pictures we went all over Salt Lake City. We started downtown in s few gritty alley ways and roof tops and ended at the Garden Park Ward. Cambri and Michael are one of my favorite couples. I photographed Cambri’s brothers wedding a few years back in St George and was so excited to work with this wonderful family again! Michael is a Dentist in SLC and is just one of the funniest guys. Cambri is obviously beautiful, but is also super witty and fun. The chemistry these two have is amazing. The session had no…

Traveling to Logandale to do photos is always great. I have had the opportunity to photograph the Cannon family on a few different occasions. They are an awesome family and so great to work with. They live in Logandale and wanted to have something different then the normal desert look. In Logandale there is an lot pine tree farm that was for a subdivision that never happened. The trees are big and beautiful and are one of my favorite parts of the city.
