Zion National Park Wedding Zion Utah Wedding Photographer National Parks like Zion have become a popular spot for a destination wedding and for good reason! Travelers come from all around the world to experience the sandstone cliffs and towering mesas of Zion National Park. If you are considering a Zion National Park Wedding, you won’t be sorry. I love photographing weddings in Zion and Springdale. Dana and Brian had their wedding ceremony and reception at The Switchback Bar and Grill. Its a wonderful spot for a wedding! It has the towering cliffs of the watchman near by and an amazing grove of…

Ali and Cory’s engagement session in Pine Valley was absolute perfection. These two love the outdoors and Pine Valley was the perfect spot for their engagement photos. I had a great time hiking around the mountains and near the lake with these two. Cory loves to fish so the reservoir was especially perfect to represent him for their photos. I love the interaction between these two and the love the have for one another. Its also a huge plus that regardless of how hot it might be in St George, Pine Valle is always a nice respite from the heat.…

Lake Powell Wedding Photographer Tower Butte Helicopter Wedding I had the unique opportunity to photograph Lisa and Brian’s wedding on top of Tower Butte. Rising 5,000 feet above sea level, Tower Butte is one of the most unique formations anywhere, providing the perfect setting for a unique and amazing wedding! After we boarded our helicopters in Page we flew eastward over Antelope Canyon, Land of the Navajo Nation and Lake Powell. We passed over horseshoe bend and flew on and up to Tower Butte. I was blown away by the views and just how amazing this spot is for a wedding. It is much bigger on…

Utah Indian Sikh Wedding Indian Wedding Photographer I recently had the absolute pleasure to photograph a stunning Indian Wedding at the Grand America in Salt Lake City Utah. The Grand America is a stunning venue for any wedding, but was perfect for this amazing Indian wedding. I have photographed other Hindu weddings in the past, but this was the first Sikh Wedding I have had the pleasure to photograph. They are so different from one another. Both have the beautiful and vibrant prints and colors that Indian weddings are known for, but it was wonderful learning about this different culture…

The Cedar City temple is going to be a beautiful spot for a wedding. At this point though its still not finished so as it has always been, couples from Cedar City come down to the St George temple to be married. Terra and Derek came down from Cedar City where they held their reception later in the day to be married in the St George temple. I first meat these two for their engagement session in Southern Utah. We photographed their bridals as well and had a wonderful time from start to finish working with these two and their…

Southern Utah Wedding Photographer St George Entrada Wedding It was a dark and rainy day in Southern Utah for Macy and Heath’s wedding. That being said, it was also absolutely stunning! I had such a fantastic time photographing this beautiful wedding filled with unique personal details. Starting with Macy’s choice of camo wedding pumps, to the cake topper with the bride, the hunter, and of course her shotgun, each part of the wedding was unique. Heath is a hunter and it was awesome to see touches of his passion laced through the wedding details. There was rain during the ceremony,…

Katie and Brian had the most incredible and iconic Palm Springs wedding! Colony 29 Palm Springs is a one of a kind wedding venue! Carved into the bottom of the hill are two separate wedding and reception venues totaling over 12,000 square feet. Katie and Brian’s wedding designed by Amorology was was the perfect fit for this amazing venue. I loved the retro styling and unique handmade elements. Colony 29 has been described by Palm Springs Life as the “Last Best Place in Palm Springs”. Imbibe in the tranquility of this beautifully restored historical architectural jewel and experience the meandering paths…

I love photographing couples in Southern Utah. Zion National Park and Snow Canyon State Park are two of the best spots for red rock sandstone in Southern Utah. I loved photographing Macy and Heath for their engagement session in Snow Canyon. I don’t know if there is anywhere else as beautiful in Southern Utah. The best part about Snow Canyon compared to Zion is a lack of clouds. Zion is an amazing place to be sure. I like to think of Snow Canyon as a mini Zion. Macy and heath are a beautiful couple inside and out. So fun to…

I don’t think its a secret that I absolutely love photographing weddings in Charleston South Carolina. I love the history and the palpable charm that is in the air. Nicole and Ben had their Southern wedding at Lowndes Grove Plantation. Nestled near the center of downtown Charleston, Lowndes Grove is an old world house trapped in time. The location of the grounds on the waters edge with its long dock is just so quintessential Charleston. The old manner house is a perfect representation of Southern charm. I had the awesome opportunity to work with A Charleston Bride for this wedding.…

Jaime & Jake have a love for the outdoors. They were planning to do a family trip to Lake Powell and decided to combine it with their nuptials to make for the perfect destination wedding in one of the most stunning locations in the world. Lake Powell is an amazing location for a wedding. The towering sandstone cliffs jutting out of the crystal blue water make for one of the most jaw dropping landscapes anywhere. People come from all over to experience this wondrous area. The recreation is a big draw for any lake, but this is especially true for…

McCrady’s restaurant in downtown Charleston was the perfect spot for Nicole and Ben’s pre wedding rehearsal dinner. Wedding planners “A Charleston Bride” did such a fantastic and fun setup for this beautiful dinner in the historic french district of Charleston. I loved the Black and Yellow accented with lemons and floral. It felt so light and fresh. The evening was beautiful with toasts and mingling. I love getting to photograph rehearsal dinners. They are a stress free event where everyone is having a great time. This one was so much fun. Like much of Charleston, McCrady’s has some really fun…

Sand Hollow is one of the most unique places near St. George for wedding portraits, bridal photos, groomals, engagements, and pre-wedding sessions. The mix of blue water, red rock, desert cliffs, and open Southern Utah light gives it a look that feels completely different from most wedding photo locations in Utah. This Sand Hollow pre-wedding session with Courtney and Travis is a perfect example of why the location works so well. They were getting married at Sand Hollow, so doing their bridal and groomal photos around the lake made the whole story feel connected to the place. The contrast between…
