Snow Canyon State Park is a wonderful spot for engagement and wedding photos. It is a 7,400-acre scenic park quietly tucked amid lava flows and soaring sandstone cliffs in a strikingly colorful and fragile desert environment. Majestic views and the subtle interplay of light, shadow, and color dancing across canyon walls evoke strong emotional responses. I loved exploring around Snow Canyon with Courtney and Kirk for their engagement photography session. We went from the black lava rock and petrified sand dunes to the white sandstone cliffs of Snow Canyon. Courtney and Kirk are so in love and are honestly the sweetest couple. Kirk was a true gentleman helping Courtney around some of the more precarious spots in the park. I loved both their casual cloths as well as their dressier outfit. They have a great sense of style and really make for the perfect pair. Their wedding will be taking place in Los Angeles and Im so looking forward to photographing they bridal session soon in Salt Lake City!
