Jen and Travis live in Southern California in Carlsbad and loved the idea of doing their engagement pictures at the Carlsbad Lagoon. They found me through their friends Katie and Chris who’s wedding I photographed in Napa a few years back. When I met this awesome couple at Katie’s sister Lexi’s wedding and the said they wanted me to be their wedding photographer I couldn’t have been more thrilled. They are both so much fun and have an amazing time with one another. We wondered around the costal lagoon and just had a great time snapping photos all over. I loved getting to know these two and experiencing a glimpse of how amazing they are as individuals and even more so as a couple. Often people think of the beach for photos when thinking of doing them in California, but there is so much more to offer. I love the wonderful variety we can get when exploring and finding fun new spots!
